Perris, CA—February 6, 2018—With the introduction of its new 2018 Power Solutions Catalog, Triad Magnetics makes it easier than ever for electronics engineers to find and specify the right standard or custom transformers, autotransformers, inductors and power supplies for power conversion, filtering, isolation and other applications.

            Triad’s 2018 Catalog is the biggest ever at 96 pages, providing color photos, technical data, circuit schematics and outline dimensional drawings for hundreds of products. The catalog also includes information on design kits, as well as an extensive part number index and a helpful parametric search index sorted by secondary voltages.

            Among the newest products in the 2018 Catalog is the recently announced CMF Series Dual Mode Chokes. These innovative chokes feature an economical dual-function design, which effectively combines the features of two separate components into one: They provide both exceptional common-mode noise suppression and their stray inductance is highly effective in suppressing differential mode noise.

            Also appearing for the first time in the 2018 Catalog is the hardwired JSU Series Power Supply Junction Box, which meets the U.S. Department of Energy’s Level VI electrical efficiency requirements.  The JSU Series features a compact, secure design for powering essential stationary equipment or devices in industrial and commercial environments. This design eliminates the potential for the accidental disconnection of unsightly wall plug-in power supplies with their sometimes long, tangled cords.
