The Eriez 5-Star Service team restores suspended electromagnets to “as new” condition and provides a one-year warranty on repairs and a five year warranty on coils.

 

When suspended electromagnets arrive at the 5-Star Service Center in Erie, Pa., Eriez’ staff of trained technicians quickly disassembles the equipment and diagnoses problems. For a typical suspended electromagnet rebuild job, the Eriez 5-Star team starts by inspecting the box, core and tanks. Next, the coils, oil and faceplate are replaced. Finally, new rectifiers, motors and components are installed.

 

For situations where it is impossible or inconvenient to send equipment to the 5-Star Service Center, 5-Star Service personnel will travel to customers’ facilities to offer onsite service and repairs.
