New Quick Ship Program for CPA Series Force Sensing Load Pins

February 12, 2013 – The CPA Series of load pins is one of our most popular load pin lines and are unique force sensors that utilize the internal strain gage transducer process devolved by Strainsert. These load pins offer precision force measurement by replacing existing shear pins, shear axels, load pins, clevis bolts and many other kinds of pinned joints in applications for the military, automotive, aerospace and marine industries.

The Quick Ship Program came about from the understanding and observation by Strainsert. Noticing that at times, their customers have urgent and emergency situations and just cannot get new or replacement force sensory quickly enough. Situations like these can create critical issues for these customers that can lead to time and cost impacts, as well as lost productivity.

By offering the Quick Shipment Program for most of the CPA Series force sensors (up to 2-1/2” diameters) within 72 hours, Strainsert’s goal is to make force sensors and deliver them when needed. Also available is limited stock shipments on other load pins.

Strainsert’s also offers a custom load pin design service. Here, pins are specifically designs, manufactured, and tested for any unique customer application one has. These custom designs offer complete fit and form functionality, allowing a “drop-in” replacement with minimal installation that meets customer’s individual requirements.
