In this role, Hidalgo will be responsible for all of Weldaloy's sales and marketing strategy and programs. He joins Michelle McCullough (Chief Administrative Executive) and Kurt Ruppenthal (Chief Manufacturing Executive) on the Weldaloy executive team.
Hidalgo comes to Weldaloy with more than 25 years of marketing, sales, and business management experience. Throughout his career, Hidalgo has worked with, trained, and consulted companies such as Herman Miller, Michelin, Eloqua (now part of Oracle), Ariba, General Motors, Medtronic, NCR, Harte-Hanks, Toshiba, Rubbermaid, and Pitney Bowes.

The hiring of Hidalgo comes on the heels of another recent addition to the team at Weldaloy – James Wilkinson, Manufacturing Manager. Wilkinson, who has an extensive background in management and production, is refining the day-to-day operations to support Weldaloy’s commitment to continuous improvement in the areas of quality, safety and efficiency.
