Thermal Care is Now ISO 9001:2015 Certified

NILES, IL – August 16,2018 – Thermal Care, a manufacturer of process cooling equipment and systems, announced that they have been certified underthe ISO 9001:2015 standard.Thermal Care first earned certification under ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 and until recently was ISO 9001:2008 certified. Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. performed the certification audit in July 2018 and notified Thermal Care of its achievement on August 15, 2018.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization focused on quality management systems and performance. The standard assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality, safety and efficiency with their wider business strategy. “We are pleased to have earned certification to ISO 9001:2015 and feel it provides an additional level of assurance to our customers that we are focused on delivering high quality equipment and systems, built upon clearly defined procedures and processes,” said Lee Sobocinski, Thermal Care President.

To maintain its certification, Thermal Care undergoes an audit every year, and a re-certification audit every three years.Dale Sladek, Thermal Care Quality & EHS Manager, led a team of individuals from sales, engineering, quality, service and manufacturing throughout the training and certification process to update its standard to ISO 9001:2015.
