BURR OAK PRESENTS AT SIEMENS AUTOMATION SUMMIT

Eric Lund and Adam Broadwater from Burr Oak Tool Inc. presented a case study at the 2013 Automation Summit in New Orleans on June 25, 2013.  The presentation covered Burr Oak’s use of Siemens technology, specifically its S7-1500 series PLCs and TIA Portal engineering software.  Lund and Broadwater described how the technology was implemented and the benefits that it provided to Burr Oak to help build new equipment faster, better and more economically.  The Automation Summit is held by Siemens as a way for its customers to learn from other companies, network, receive training, and provide input to Siemens.
