The Admix Fastfeed powder induction system offers rapid incorporation and wetting out of challenging powders. It features a pump that provides continuous suction, delivering controlled feed rates up to 450 lb/min.

To ensure 100% dispersion and consistently smooth product for any batch size, as viscosity and solids level increase, vacuum feed rates are easily adjusted with regulating valves, allowing many applications to be finished in just one pass through the shear zone. For full hydration of gums, slurries are recirculated to create fully functional ingredients in minutes not hours like conventional batch tanks. A Fastfeed can also be used to feed multiple tanks to hold or suspend product prior to filling or packaging.

The Fastfeed can cut batch times in half, improve operator safety and ergonomics, reduce energy consumption up to 70%, and eliminate dusting.
