Autoquip Updates ANSI MH29.1:2012

Guthrie, OK, January 2, 2013 – The Lift Manufacturers Product Section (LMPS) has a new updated version of the ANSI Standard for Safety Requirements for Industrial Scissors Lifts, ANSI MH29.1:2012. The new updates were initiated by Autoquip and other leading manufacturers of scissor lift products.

Autoquip has always held a leadership position with MHI to update and improve industry safety and standards for all other scissor lift manufacturing companies. The goal of the new update is to conform to equipment codes recognized by the ICC board and the IBC and to clarify the definitions of the MH29.1:2012 code.
