Diamond Shape Cuts and Polymer Cylinders

We at Precision Waterjet Concepts are not your ordinary waterjet company, we will do things others cannot or will not do.  We started in 2002 and have been set on helping our customers gain a clear edge in the industry. We have a 2,500 square foot facility that we manufacture everything out of and are dedicated to helping you with any project.

Originally, one of our customers needed diamond shape cuts perpendicular to the curved surface, all around the side of a polymer cylinder. The diamond shape cut also needed to pass thru the cylinder wall, but not damage the inside surface on the other side of the cylinder.  This customer searched for companies on the east coast of the United States, but could not find a company to quote the parts.  

A company based out of France quoted the parts and the customer sent the parts to be cut.  The company from France tried to cut the parts, but they were unsuccessful.  This is when the customer came to us and we were able to figure out the correct process in order to do something that other waterjet companies could not.  This is just one example of why we are not your ordinary waterjet company, we will do things others cannot or will not do.
