Thermal Product Solutions Ships Class “A” Pharmaceutical Dryer for Emerging Technology

This Gruenberg pharmaceutical dryer has work chamber dimensions of 60” W x 72” H x 76 L. The maximum temperature rating for this custom safety oven is 80°C. The wiring for the automated load and unload sections was run inside the framework to keep surfaces clear for ease of cleaning. The customer’s process included solvents which required a Class “A” safety rating. In addition to meeting the safety specifications for the processing of solvents, the unit was also designed with a substantial amount of guarding to protect operators.
