Providing customers on demand access to this important calibration information when and where they need it will enhance their ability to complete their work more quickly and efficiently.The service also eliminates delays related to the loss of their original paper certificate and having to wait to receive a replacement.

Strainsert’s calibration facilities enable Strainsert to certify all their manufactured force sensor products at their manufacturing site up to a 500,000 pound capacity. All Strainsert force calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and are performed by a highly-trained and experienced staff in a controlled environment.

All of Strainsert’s standard calibration procedures result in calibration certificate reports that include the product model and serial number, rated capacity, test load(s) applied, output sensitivity recorded at each test load, and a statement certifying traceability of the measurements.

These reports are only available to the customer who owns the force sensor the calibration was completed on. "The goal is to provide customers secure, on demand, access to their calibration information when and where they need it."
