Established more than 50 years ago, OPM is a rigorous, nine-week Executive Education program held over a three year period, for executives with at least 10 years of management experience and who hold a major equity stake in their company. Participants represent a diverse range of organizations from around the world and hold dual roles as owner and CEO or COO of firms with annual sales ranging from ten million to nearly a billion dollars. “In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, effective leadership requires continual learning to make sure you always have the latest tools and skills to guide your company’s long-term success,” said Pamela Kan, President of Bishop-Wisecarver. “What I learned during the Harvard Business School program has already led to new ideas, collaborations and process that have generated revenue and quantifiable benefits for me, my employees and our customers.

Kan received a scholarship from the Women’s President Organization (WPO) and the Dorothy B. Brothers Scholarship from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) to help pay for the OPM tuition and expenses.
