5 Fast Facts on Fibertech's Rotational Molded Laundry Trucks

June 09, 2016 - "Industry Insight"

At Fibertech, we believe in making high quality products that will make day-to-day jobs and tasks easier for our customers for a long time. Many businesses use products made via rotational molding, or rotomolding, every day, even if they don't realize it. Plastic lockers, recycling carts, and plastic pallets are just a few examples.

One of our personal favorites, though, has to be our rolling laundry trucks. In the U.S., there were approximately 3.2 million people working in the cleaning services industry in May of 2013. We recognize the value and service these people provide to their employers and society overall and is one of the reasons we took the time to develop the best laundry trucks on the market.

Whether you're a small business or large corporation, we can help the people in your cleaning service division become more efficient if you invest in our laundry trucks. Here are a few fast facts on them.

  • Sizable & Sturdy: Fibertech's laundry carts are 48″ x 28.5″ x 69″ in size and weigh about 138 lbs. Each cart is able to carry about 1,000 pounds of laundry. In a world where about 15 billion pounds of laundry is produced annually, every little bit helps.
  • Pricing Options: One of the best aspects of Fibertech's structure is our tiered pricing model. You can purchase one single laundry truck at a good value, but if you buy more, you can get an even better rate. Prices will also depend on individual customization. Contact us for specific quotes.
  • Fibertech Warranty: Fibertech laundry carts made with virgin plastic are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for at least four years from the date of delivery.
  • Customization & Cleaning: From container lids and colors to wheel options and extra hand holes at Fibertech we pride ourselves in our versatile customization options. We want to give you exactly what you need to get the job done easily and efficiently and we know only you know the best way to do it. One thing many of our past clients have requested and enjoy are drain holes, which we can install in the bottom of your laundry truck. This makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze.
  • Recycled vs. Virgin Plastic: Some of our customers place emphasis on being completely environmentally friendly and we support that! That's why we offer the choice between virgin and recycled plastic laundry carts. However, keep in mind that we can't offer our four year warranty on recycled carts.

Rotational molding is a unique, four-stage process that involves heat, instead of pressure, to fuse plastic resin in a mold. It provides for one of the best ways to make efficient and quality laundry trucks no matter your specific business.
