Thermal Care Moving into New Larger Building

August 28, 2015 - "Company News"

Thermal Care LogoAuxiliary equipment manufacturer Thermal Care Inc. will move into a larger facility next year, less than a mile from its longtime headquarters plant in Niles, Ill.

Thermal Care will have 135,000 square feet of space in the new building, under a long-term lease that allows it to expand in that facility, said Audrey Guidarelli, marketing services manager.

Thermal Care officials hope to start relocating into the new building in March. Members of the company’s management team recently attended a ground-breaking ceremony.

Thermal Care’s current headquarters plant measures 85,000 square feet. The company has been in the building since the mid-1970s, Guidarelli said.

Thermal Care makes industrial process cooling systems, cooling towers, chillers and temperature control units.

Thermal Care is owned by IPEG Inc., which also owns auxiliary equipment supplier Conair Group.
