Due to the chaos created by the COVID-19 situation, many of our customers have changed the way they work – with many working remotely, working revised schedules and using technology in new and interesting ways. Enerquip has embraced this “new normal” and encourages our customers and new prospective clients to collaborate with our engineers “live” from the comfort of their offices – wherever they may be. These interactive screen-sharing sessions give our customers a chance to see their heat exchangers being designed, and assist with fine-tuning the details that will result in the perfect exchanger for their heating or cooling application. Together we can run “what if” simulations for different product cases under different temperature and pressure conditions, and instantly see the impact on the heat exchanger performance. Enerquip’s engineers prefer to use Microsoft Teams, but can meet with you by Zoom, Citrix GoTo Meeting and other meeting platforms.
“Enerquip has been invaluable to the development of our products. Their engineers are professional, knowledgeable and really know their stuff. By sitting in on a screen-sharing Zoom meeting, we saved many emails, phone calls and delays in the redesign of our heat exchangers for past and future products. The amount of headaches avoided have made us a customer for life!” Ray Van Lenten, Founder/CTO – TruSteel, LLC
