Cleaning Technologies Group Introducing New Cleaning Solutions at PMTS / PCx 2013

March 14, 2013 - "Press Releases"

As a world leader in providing cleaning and waste minimization technologies, Cleaning Technologies Group will introduce a host of advanced cleaning solutions at this year’s PMTS / PCx2013 in Columbus Ohio April 16-18. Visit the Cleaning Technologies Group Booth #1325 to get familiar with new technologies, products, and services. Amongst the new technologies exhibited at the show will be:

Ultrasonic LeanVeyor Immersion Cleaning System that makes use of a combination of spray, immersion, and ultrasonic cleaning technologies and has proven to be successful in achieving Six Sigma consistency in many applications that must have high production outputs and tight cleanliness levels.

The first process combines a spray wash that uses mechanical impingement to get rid of gross levels of contamination from parts quickly. A higher pressure can be used to remove bigger amounts of debris. The second process uses ultrasonic technology and is complete in an immersion environment. This mechanical cleaning component of ultrasonics is the cavitation effect. Technology like this is greatly suited for precision cleaning in all industries and recent applications include medical implants, transmission shafts, compressor parts, turbine blades, and fuel rails.

PROHT Sonic Tank also knows as the “Benchtop Series” is completely made of a stainless steel construction and is an entry-level benchtop cleaning system. It is available in a variety of sizes and made to sit easily on a workbench or as a drop-in. These parts washers offer the same cleaning capabilities as the more elaborate models but at a lower price. They are also great for small parts cleaning on an intermittent to semi-production basis but are not intended for use in high volume cleaning. The tanks are available for use with single or multi-frequency generators.

At the show, technical experts will be available to explain these technologies in depth and provide suggestions to our customers to improve their cleaning processes. For more information, please visit the Cleaning Technologies Group Website.
