March 08, 2016 - "Press Releases"

Tanis Inc. announced today a major update to its website including a shopping cart and enhanced product filters, additions aimed at better serving customers by improving shopping experience and honoring their specialized applications.

The new site features e-commerce shopping, giving customers the flexibility to order independently any time of day, at small quantities and great pricing.  The site additions also include an advanced product filtering system that transforms what could be complicated searches, through thousands of parts, into easy to use filters.  Users can search by brush features like length, diameter, fill material and max RPM.

“The website updates are a new channel to improve the customer experience and are built it in a way that reflects our ongoing appreciation for our customers’ technical requirements,”   said Scott Tanis, President of Tanis, Inc.  “Part of our daily processes is meeting customer’s highly technical needs through excellent communication and creative solutions.   Implementing the advanced filtering system is an extension of this technical support, providing a new route to ensure that all of our customers’ product specifications are met as simply and effectively as possible.  The website’s new shopping cart adds freedom and convenience to brush shopping and helps us fulfill customers’ evolving needs and expectations.”

The enhanced website also saves customer’s order history, takes questions via chat, is mobile friendly and offers direct communication and troubleshooting with the company’s application engineers.
