Eriez Magnetics Opens European Recycling Test Center

Eriez Magnetics Europe Ltd. has opened a purpose-built recycling separation test center at its European headquarters in Caerphilly, Wales.

The Erie, Pa.-based company, which specializes in separation technologies, said it invested 500,000 pounds sterling ($787,000) in the 630-square-meter center, which will allow customers to test their materials on its equipment and gauge how its separators worked.

Commenting on the launch of the facility, Gareth Meese, Eriez Europe’s sales director, said it demonstrated the firm’s ongoing commitment to providing waste processing solutions.

He added: “In-depth testing of materials allows us to select the most effective equipment dependent upon specific customer requirements.”

Eriez also hosted a recycling conference earlier this month, enabling the firm’s agents and distributors from around the world to experience hands-on testing of various materials and hear about new its new product range.
